Hi, I'm Sherianna Boyle

Sherianna is the author of seven books, the most recent being Emotional Detox, Simon & Schuster. Her book The Four Gifts of Anxiety was endorsed by the National Association of Mental Health and Choosing Love made the top ten must reads with Metro Us. The Conscious Parenting Guide for Childhood Anxiety has been in the top twenty for book sales with Barnes and Noble.

Sherianna has been teaching yoga for nearly 16 years. She is the founder and creator of CLEANSE Yoga ™ which includes the seven mindful steps featured in her book Emotional Detox.

Much of her insight comes from nearly 20 years experience in the field of mental health and wellness. Sherianna is an adjunct Psychology Professor and licensed School Psychologist. She also has received many learning from raising three children and nurturing her 20 year marriage.
